Al-Thani currently holds the position of Assistant Undersecretary for Expatriate Affairs at the Ministry of Labour, and is Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Workers’ Support and Insurance Fund. She also serves on the board of Qatar Manpower Solutions (Josoor), and the National Human Rights Committee. Recently she’s been appointed as General Secretary of the National Committee for Combatting Human Trafficking. Prior to her current position, she worked as Director of Communications at the Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy (SCDL) and Director of International Cooperation at the National Human Rights Committee.
