Nathan Carey is the Global Advocacy Lead for the Norwegian Refugee Council. Based in Geneva but covering a global portfolio, he leads NRCs global strategic advocacy and humanitarian diplomacy work with so-called non-traditional/under-engaged actors. Previously, Nathan has worked in crisis response in Palestine, the wider Middle East, Asia and East Africa.
