Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry, The Republic of Kazakhstan
Zhaslan Madiyev is the current Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan. With a robust background in finance, investment, and strategic planning, he has previously held roles such as the First Vice Minister of Digital Development and Vice Minister of National Economy. His academic credentials include a Master's degree in Public Administration in Economic Policy Management from Columbia University and an MBA from MIT Sloan Business School. 
 
Zhaslan's diverse career spans positions at Morgan Stanley and various public sector organizations in Kazakhstan. Notably, as the General Manager of Binance Kazakhstan, he launched key initiatives like the first official banking crypto-fiat channel and nationwide blockchain education programs. In his current ministerial role, he aims to enhance Kazakhstan’s digital infrastructure, develop human capital, and foster international cooperation.
