H.E. Amre Moussa

Former Minister of Foreign Affairs, Arab Republic of Egypt
Amre Moussa entered history as one of the foremost personas who have assumed the pyramid of Egyptian Diplomacy in an honorable and effective manner1. He served as the Ambassador of Egypt to India (1983-1986). Then he became the Permanent Representative of Egypt to the U.N (1990-1991), the Foreign Minister of Egypt (1991- 2001) and the Secretary General of the League of Arab States (2001-2011). Chairman of the 50-member Constituent Committee in 2014 entrusted with the drafting of a new constitution. The endorsed Constitution was adopted on January 18th, 2014.
