He graduated from Tashkent State University in the specialty of “Orientalist-philologist, teacher of Dari and English language” (1982).
1982-1984 – military service in the army (Afghanistan)

1992-1994 – 2nd secretary of the Treaty – Law Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan
1994-1994 – Chief of sector – Deputy Head of the section of Asia and Africa of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan
1994-1996 – Head of the State Protocol Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan
1996-1999 – Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan
1999-2003 – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan to China, concurrently Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Mongolia and PDRK with residence in Beijing
2003-2004 – Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Afghanistan
2004-2012 – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan to Azerbaijan
2012-2017 – Councilor of the President of the International Kurash Association, Adviser to the President of the international company
Since May 24, 2017 – Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Afghanistan.
