Guido Battaglia
Head of Partnerships & Institutional Affairs, Centre for Sport and Human RightsGuido Battaglia is CSHR’s Head of Partnerships and Institutional Affairs and Head of the Geneva Office. He leads strategic collaborations across stakeholder groups and serves as CSHR’s primary representative in Geneva, engaging partners and representing the organisation in policy, bilateral, and multistakeholder fora. With more than 15 years of international experience in stakeholder engagement, responsible business, and sustainability across the extractives, infrastructure, commodities trading, and sport sectors, he specialises in consensus-building, institutional frameworks, and high-impact partnerships that advance human rights and sustainable development.
A member of CSHR’s founding team, Guido previously served as the Institute for Human Rights and Business (IHRB)’s Head of Responsible Trade and held senior roles at the World Gold Council and the World Economic Forum. He holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Law from the University of Milan and a certification in Business Sustainability Management from the University of Cambridge.
