Master’s in International Relations from UERJ (CAPES fellow) and a postgraduate specialization in International Business Management (IBMEC-RJ). Member of the CNPq Research Group on Brazilian Foreign Policy and South America. Advisory Board member of the Instituto Rio 21 think tank and author of the Political Dialogue platform. Over ten years of experience in international relations, working in think tanks, foreign foundations, and multilateral organizations.
