Terms & Conditions – Use of the App
The Doha Forum 2025 mobile application (the “App”) has been established for your personal use and information as an official digital companion to Doha Forum. Entering and using this App shall be considered as an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions as well as a personal approval of the Privacy Notice, which forms a part of the Terms and Conditions for using the App. It is also considered an approval of all the prevailing laws in the State of Qatar.
Using this App is always subject to the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of your use. Therefore, if you do not accept these Terms and Conditions in whole, your use of the App is considered illegal, and you must stop using it immediately.
Approval and Limitation of Liability
This App is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by Qatari law, without any guarantees whatsoever. Under this approval, Doha Forum will not provide any guarantee as to the following:
The accuracy, correctness, efficiency, inviolability, sustainability, or validity of any content or services provided through the App.
That the App and its services are free from faults, defects, viruses, or other harmful elements, as neither the App nor the servers on which it runs can be fully immune from such risks.
Doha Forum bears no legal responsibility for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, arising out of the use or inability to use this App. This explicitly includes, but is not limited to, any guarantees of damage or loss arising from using the App or reliance on its content.
It is strictly prohibited to use the App of Doha Forum in any way to send messages, notifications, or communications using its name or on its behalf, or referring to it by using its name or character, if that communication contains abuse or defamation of Doha Forum, the App, or any other person. It is also strictly prohibited to broadcast false news or disinformation and attribute such material to Doha Forum. Such acts may entail compensation to Doha Forum, its directors, employees, and partners for any damage arising out of the use of the App.
Doha Forum retains full rights to cancel or suspend your right to use the App, in whole or in part, at any time without giving reasons. The App also has the right to immediately block you from using it if your usage is deemed unacceptable, illegal, or in violation of these Terms and Conditions. In this case, you are not permitted to use the App at all, and the restrictions imposed on you shall continue in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You acknowledge that Doha Forum bears no responsibility towards you or any third party as a result of such cancellation or suspension.

Doha Forum is keen to protect your privacy and to provide a secure electronic environment. The App and any related systems retain the data of its users in servers and databases using high-efficiency protection systems. Neither the App nor any of its directors shall be liable for any loss or damage of data arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions and using the App, you accept entering your data into the App without any charge and agree to this Privacy Statement.
