Ramy Youssef is a comedian, actor, screenwriter, and director. He is known for his Hulu comedy series Ramy, for which he won a Golden Globe Award for Best Actor and a Peabody Award. He also starred in the Oscar nominated film Poor Things. He has been nominated for three Primetime Emmy Awards: Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series, and Outstanding Directing for a Comedy Series, for his show Ramy and for directing the critically acclaimed FX series, The Bear. In 2024, he hosted Saturday Night Live.
